Nicolette founded LemmonTree Marketing Group, a full-service marketing agency, in 1984, providing virtual marketing outsource, MCIF analysis, and market research solutions to clients nationwide. In 2003, with a team of advisors, she created and leads the faculty of the Credit Union Marketing University, a weeklong academically-based program for which students earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from Arizona State University.
Due to her expertise in services marketing, sales, and advertising, she is a well-recognized speaker on financial-services marketing. She has served on the marketing faculty of the Management Development Institute for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) since 1996. She also authored the book, Successful Product Development from Research to Results for the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES), served on the faculty of the CUES Executive Marketing Institute, and has sold hundreds of cross-selling training videos. Nicolette authored another book for the job-seekers market, Almost Famous: How to Market Yourself for Success. Her firm has also formed strategic alliances with several financial industry companies to provide marketing services.
With a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU), she served on the faculty of the University of Phoenix. She has received distinction with these awards: Top 50 Woman-Owned Businesses-Arizona by Today's Arizona Woman Success Magazine (four times); Top 100 Small Businesses-Arizona by DiverstiyBusiness.com; Outstanding Alumni Service Award by the ASU Alumni Association; nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Arizona, sponsored by Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young; and the Arizona State University Young Alumni Achievement Award.

Denny consults with clients on MCIF analysis, profitability studies and satisfaction surveys. He also conducts strategic planning for clients and provides organizational assessments and other management consulting and training services. Certified as an MCIF Software consultant and as a Focus Group facilitator, he leads LemmonTree's MCIF database consulting services and conducts a variety of focus groups.
His team manages client email databases, develops e-marketing campaigns, designs e-newsletters and e-cards, then broadcasts them and tracks results. For websites, they develop and maintain entire sites, or just design web banners, landing pages and micro-sites. They also develop simple games for our youth programs.
He has a Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Denny joined LemmonTree in 1999 upon retiring from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel.
